I imagine everyone is back into the swing of things and all of our new years resolutions are far behind us. It was a long two and a half weeks trying not to eat that piece of chocolate, and how good it tasted when I finally bit into that savory butterfinger. I tried so so hard. I would sit and ponder my weakness toward chocolate, but I have no time. I have a practice to attend to, a new house, a wedding, and baseball season is quickly approaching. Nothing can get your mind off the let down of another failed new years resolution like the Cincinnati Reds. Oh how I wish I had my hands on a Dayton Daily Newspaper right now. Ol' Hal McCoy is probably churnin' the baseball waters back in Ohio.

PS Brandy, I think it about time you find a new team. Da Bears are pathetic. I mean, what's wrong with the Clowns?

Happy New Year to everyone except Buckeye fans. The year has started out a little rough for us.
We had a great time at home. I even got to get out once on a morning hunt. Two rabbits in my bag. Not bad for being a little rusty. We had a great time at all of the Christmas parties and I came out up for the second year in a row at the Burger (my mom's side) family poker table. Not bad, considering I won my brother-in-laws fantasy football league also. If air fare wouldn't be 50 dollars a mile I might have actually came out ahead over the holidays. The two grandkids were the focus of the weeekend. They are both cool as heck. Rami and Lily. Love 'em. Thanks to Mom, Jess, Molly and Em for throughing the shower for Amanda. She enjoyed it. This was the first new years eve I have stayed in also. Somehow, I think the year is going to be fine even though I did not go out and get drunk as a skunk to kick it off. Who knew.
We also just received an "invoice" from the Julien showing what rooms are available. It was a nice reminder that we need to get our butts in gear again with the wedding planning. Speaking of, this weekend is Julie and Ben's knot tying extravaganza. Anyone who is town, give us a call.
Have a great 2007
